COUNTRY CRUSH

A CONTEMPORARY NEW MUSICAL STARRING JANA KRAMER

AND MADELINE MERLO COMES TO DVD MARCH 14

EXCLUSIVELY AT WALMART

Country comes to town when the new musical Country Crush is released on DVD on March 14 by Shout! Factory, available exclusively at Walmart.

Starring Jana Kramer, a finalist on last season’s Dancing With The Stars following the release of her latest chart-topping album 31, Madeline Merlo, currently touring in support of her album Free Soul, Munro Chambers, known for Degrassi: The Next Generation, and Sophie Tweed Simmons, as seen on Gene Simmons Family Jewels, this is a classic love story with contemporary themes and hot country music performances.

From director Andrew Cymek, this heartwarming, and sometimes heartbreaking, film tells the story of city-girl Nancy Taylor (Madeline Merlo), an aspiring singer who is struggling to launch her career and navigate a relationship with an opportunistic music producer. While on her way to a party out in the country with her best friend Ainsley (Sophie Tweed Simmons), her car breaks down and a good-hearted and handsome stranger named Charlie Bishop (Munro Chambers) shows up with a tow. Sparks fly between Nancy and Charlie, two young people searching for love, both unsure of the paths they’re on.

Charlie and his sister-in-law Katherine (Jana Kramer) have recently said goodbye to his older brother Cody, who has shipped out to the Middle East for another tour of duty. Katherine is facing all the love, worry and waiting that accompanies the deployment of a spouse while also being there for Charlie as he faces his own disappointments and loneliness. As Charlie decides to pursue a relationship with Nancy, and Nancy struggles with decisions about her career, Charlie sees with new eyes the importance in staying true to oneself, and begins to question his own choices. While their courtship is in turmoil, his brother’s sacrifices serves as a reminder of the price of love when it is lost.

With its themes of love, duty and strong family values, woven together with a dynamic soundtrack, this is a film that will appeal to multiple generations, and tug at the heartstrings of all families. Country Crush is sure to run away with many hearts.

I LOVE a good romance movie and I am also a big fan of Jana Kramer so this movie made me so happy! I also love the strong family theme because family means so much to me - this movie is a must see!

FULLER HOUSE: THE COMPLETE FIRST SEASON on DVD February 28, 2017

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment provided me with a free copy of the DVD I reviewed in this Blog Post. The opinions I share are my own.

Feeling nostalgic for one of television’s best-loved family comedies? The Tanner clan is back and they’re bringing laughter and good times to all Full House fans with the release of Fuller House: The Complete First Season, available on DVD on February 28, 2017, from Warner Bros. Home Entertainment!

Many people are loving the return of Full House and their squad and I am so excited that Fuller House will soon be available on DVD so I can watch the whole season over and over! :)

Twenty years have passed and the Tanner sisters are all grown-up. They’ve returned to their San Francisco home, where they’re joined by family and friends as they raise the next generation of Tanner kids. Fuller House: The Complete First Season is comprised of all 13 episodes from the show’s first season and will retail for $24.98 SRP. Individual episodes from Fuller House: The Complete First Season are also available to own on Digital HD via purchase from digital retailers.

On Fuller House, eldest daughter D.J. Tanner (Candace Cameron Bure, Full House, A Christmas Detour) is now a veterinarian and recently widowed mother trying to raise three boys on her own. She is joined by her sister Stephanie (Jodie Sweetin, Full House, Walt Before Mickey) and best friend Kimmy Gibbler (Andrea Barber, Full House, The Skateboard Kid 2) and Kimmy’s teenage daughter Ramona (Soni Bringas), who move in to lend their support and help raise D.J.’s kids. The Full House original cast, including Bob Saget (Full House, Entourage), Lori Loughlin (Full House, When Calls the Heart), John Stamos (Full House, Grandfathered, Scream Queens) and Dave Coulier (Full House, Robot Chicken), make guest appearances throughout the series.

The original Full House, which centered on three grown men raising three girls in San Francisco, premiered in 1987 on ABC and became an instant hit with viewers. The family friendly series became a pop culture phenomenon. It was praised by fans for its wholesome comedy, lovable characters and valuable life lessons. It aired for eight successful seasons and later aired in syndication. Fuller House premiered on Netflix in February 2016 and has already been renewed for a second season.

Fuller House earned two Teen Choice Awards in 2016. The series won in the “Choice TV Show: Comedy” category. Candace Cameron Bure earned the “Choice TV Actress: Comedy” award.

Created by Jeff Franklin (Full House, Malcom & Eddie), Fuller House is produced by Miller-Boyett Productions and Jeff Franklin Productions in association with Warner Horizon Television. Robert L. Boyett (Family Matters, Step by Step), Thomas L. Miller (Family Matters, Step by Step) and Jeff Franklin are executive producers.

Do the holidays bring about a feeling of stress? Are there family members or friends who are going through a difficult time? Do you desire your job to be something different? About War Room:

From the award-winning creators of Fireproof and Courageous comes WAR ROOM, a compelling drama with humor and heart that explores the power that prayer can have on marriages, parenting, careers, friendships, and every other area of our lives.

Tony and Elizabeth Jordan seemingly have it all - great jobs, a beautiful daughter, and their dream house. But appearances can be deceiving. Tony and Elizabeth Jordan's world is actually crumbling under the strain of a failing marriage. While Tony basks in his professional success and flirts with temptation, Elizabeth's bitterness only increases.

But their lives take an unexpected turn when Elizabeth's newest client, Miss Clara, challenges Elizabeth to a prayer "war room" and a battle plan of prayer for her family. As Elizabeth begins to fight for her family, Tony must decide if he will make amends.

DVD Release Features All 22 Episodes from the Show’s Fifth Season
Plus a Hilarious Gag Reel!

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment (WBHE) brings the fifth season of the hilarious hit comedy Mike & Molly to DVD on August 18, 2015. It’s a season full of laughs, challenges, and triumphs for one of TV’s most lovable couples. With an advance on her first book, Molly (Emmy® winner Melissa McCarthy – Bridesmaids, The Heat, Spy) has become a real writer and must juggle the pressures of her publisher’s deadlines with the challenges of writer’s block. Meanwhile, Mike (Billy Gardell – My Name Is Earl, Jersey Boys) must deal with his too-close in-laws and the looming debt he and Molly will have to pay if she doesn’t finish her book. Together, they embark on the next chapter of their lives as their crazy, hilarious love story continues to unfold. Mike & Molly: The Complete Fifth Season will retail for $24.98 SRP.

When she returns from the Iowa Writers’ Workshop with a publisher’s check in hand, it’s official: Molly’s a real writer! Now all she has to do is bang out that romance novel and start signing books. No sweat, right? As Molly struggles to cope with writer’s block, her publisher’s bizarre notes and stressful deadlines, her hubby feels the pinch. And with his in-laws living under the same roof and his partner dating Molly’s sister, Mike’s got his own world of drama to deal with.
