Emmy® and Golden Globe nominee Simon Baker is back for the seventh and final season of the clever crime series The Mentalist, which will be released on DVD April 28, from Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Group. The DVD release includes all 13 one-hour episodes from the seventh season, plus an all-new never-before-seen featurette.

The FBI’s masterfully manipulative criminal consultant Patrick Jane is back at it again. Formerly employed by the California Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Jane spent two years off the grid and in exile after tracking down and exacting vengeance upon Red John, the serial killer who murdered Jane’s wife and daughter. After crafting a deal to work for the FBI, Jane convinced former CBI agent Teresa Lisbon to join him. Supervised by the no-nonsense Agent Dennis Abbott, Jane and Lisbon work alongside their former CBI comrade Kimball Cho, FBI analyst Jason Wylie and the young, ambitious agent Michelle Vega. Now that Lisbon and Jane have confessed their love for one another, they must find a way to be partners in both their professional and personal lives as they begin their new relationship.

Also starring Robin Tunney (Prison Break), Tim Kang (The Forgotten), Rockmond Dunbar (Sons of Anarchy), Joe Adler (Shameless) and Josie Loren (Make It or Break It), The Mentalist was created by Bruno Heller (Gotham), who executive produces along with Chris Long (Criminal Minds) and Tom Szentgyorgyi (Lie to Me). Who is the Mole?

If you are following the show, The Mentalist: The Third Season, then you know that Red John strikes into the heart of the CBI. Ever since the serial killer murdered Patrick Jane’s family, the California Bureau of Investigation consultant and former faux-psychic has become obsessed with finding the man who destroyed his life.

But after a homicide suspect is set ablaze in his jail cell and a CBI agent is later framed as Red John, Patrick realizes his adversary is closer than he imagined.

Throughout the season, Patrick is on a mission to identify who Red John’s mole within the CBI is. Before they revealed the mole, I had always thought that it would be one of the people that you would least expect...that is how it always seems to turn out, right? So for that reason, I was always suspicious of Patrick's former Special Agent in Charge, Virgil Minelli. He just always seemed like a suspicious character to me throughout the show...and then he retired which I thought maybe meant he was trying to get out of the way of suspicion. Alas, I was wrong and it turned out to be FBI Agent Craig O'Laughlin! Who would have knew? :)

To see more about Patrick's chase for Red John's mole make sure to order your copy of The Mentalist: The Complete Third Season on DVD here today: http://bit.ly/rcKZxk!

Before Patrick revealed the mole, who did you suspect it was? What clues led you to suspect that person?

Season 3 Finale of The Mentalist

In the Season 3 finale of The Mentalist, Patrick confronts and shoots a man who claims to be the serial killer who murdered his wife and daughter - Red John. There is a lot of controversy about whether he really is the true Red John.

I personally think he is not the real Red John because that would just be too much closure for the story and show. I think there is going to be a twist that they find out it wasn't Red John. The true Red John could even be Patrick himself....

If you want to see Patrick murder the supposed Red John in the finale of the the Third Season of The Mentalist, order your copy of The Mentalist: The Complete Third Season on DVD here today: http://bit.ly/rcKZxk!

Do you believe that this man is the true Red John? If so, why? If not, who do you think he is?

Charming the Guilty!

Mentalist is a much anticipated show this season! However, if you missed any shows from last season, then you have got to catch up by watching Season 3 of The Mentalist!

I will give you a little glimpse into Season 3...

In Season 3, Patrick appears to be able to communicate with horses as a ‘horse whisperer’, charm guilty culprits into spilling their secrets and help a hired burglar out of a holding cell in less than 24 hours.

Wow, what a talented guy!! I think my favorite skill of his is how he can charm the guilty into spilling their secrets! I would definitely want this skill because I could start a really good business where the government sends for me when they really need to get information from a criminal! I think it would be both fun and really interesting to do that! I have always wanted to be in the criminal investigation field! :)

If you want to learn all about Patrick's talents, pre-order your copy of The Mentalist: The Complete Third Season on DVD here today: http://bit.ly/rcKZxk!

Which of Patrick Jane’s skills would you most like to possess? What would you do with that ability?

Dangerous Investigations on The Mentalist

I am so excited help get the word out about the launch of The Mentalist: The Complete Third Season on DVD!

This season, Red John strikes into the heart of the CBI.

Season 3 of The Mentalist finds Patrick Jane solving mysteries at locations including a racetrack, driving range, gold country and a mixed martial arts match. I give Patrick Jane A LOT of credit because I can't imagine trying to solve mysteries at any of those placess!

I personally think solving a mystery at the racetrack would be the hardest because 1) it is dangerous 2) everything is super fast paced at a racetrack. It would be hard to get in the middle of everything and get answers because everyone is super busy and it can be dangerous on a racetrack!

If you want to see all of Patrick Jane's dangerous mystery investigations, pre-order your copy of The Mentalist: The Complete Third Season on DVD here today: http://bit.ly/rcKZxk!

Based on Patrick’s experiences in the episodes, which of these locations would you find the most challenging to investigate? Why?
