Cherish Memories Forever with Nowvel Photo Books!

A product was given for review for my honest opinion. No other compensation was given.

If you like to capture all your memories in pictures, like I do, then I have found the perfect gift idea or gift to yourself this year - and it is affordable and can be cherished forever!

This year, Nowvel wants to help you curate your special memories and life moments through their app and web tool that tie directly to a photo book printing service.

I got to make a special book about my children for their grandparents this Christmas and it is beautiful! The 12x12 book is a gorgeous, elegant photo book. Printed with all my favorite images, it will really become a real treasure for my children's grandparents to show off! :)

Grandparents always want those special moments of their grandchildren. Whether you’re newly married or celebrating 20 years together, you can surprise your partner with this larger-than-life photo book of times or travels together. Donate this as a gift to your children’s school as a yearbook, or create a fun album for your best buds.

You can see more examples of their photo books here: https://www.nowvel.com/12x12-photobook.html. They offer different size books including 8x8, 10x10 and 12x12. I received the 12x12 size and I can tell you honestly I was really impressed by how clear the images are, how large the big is and how nice it is gift wrapped and ready to make a great gift!

I also like how the book lays flat! That makes for years and years of looking through this book and reminiscing!

They started Nowvel with the belief photos shouldn't stay trapped on phones and hard drives AND printing gorgeous photo books should be accessible to everyone. Through software and print innovation, Nowvel's photo books are the highest quality, premium photo books at prices less than half of what others charge. And print their 4x4 lay flat pocket book completely FREE!

Print Your Favorite Memories With the KODAK MOMENTS App!

A product was given for review for my honest opinion. No other compensation was given.

These days, many parents don't carry their camera around - they carry their phone and they capture all their favorite and memorable moments with their children on their phone cameras.

But, then what???

What do parents do with those amazing, one-of-a-kind memories that they captured on their phones. Yes, they can upload to social media (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) but those options don't let them gaze at their children's faces and relive those memories on their walls or in a photobook in their home or share with friends and family that don't have social media.

But now, you can PRINT those pictures and memories immediately and easily through the KODAK MOMENTS App! You can also create great gift ideas like photobooks, ornaments, mouse pad and canvases!

Also, the app gives the option to ship to your own home or even pick up in store (like a CVS or Target).

I downloaded the KODAK MOMENTS App and could immediately make prints of all my favorite images that I captured of my children - pictures I have been meaning to print to put on our walls for months but didn't want to go through all the hassle. With the KODAK MOMENTS app, it was super easy, convenient and I could pick it up at my local CVS store or get it sent right to my home!

You can make prints 4x6 up to poster size prints.

Choose your favorite choice:

• Create it, print it in store at a KODAK Picture Kiosk
• Create it anywhere and ship to your home
• Create your order, save it, run into the store to print it at a KODAK Picture Kiosk
• Create your orders, send it to the store pick up same day
• See how easy it can be!

My favorite part is that I could also easily enhance my pictures with creative filters and other editing tools. Or create unique photo collages and choose from a variety of templates, add colors and or textures. Simply shake your phone to re-arrange photos in your selected template.

And if you are looking for pictures you did upload to social media - NO WORRIES! With this app, you can even access your pictures stored in other places like FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM.

This app is free and is perfect for all people who love to take pictures with their phones but really want to print them easily, quickly and even edit them on the spot!

Buy It:

You can get the KODAK MOMENTS app for free from the Google Play store or the iTunes App Store.

Get ALL Those Pictures Organized with Ruly!

This post is brought to you by getruly.com. All opinions are mine!

I will admit it...I am a picture taking fanatic! I just love to capture moments of all kinds, whether they are funny, sad, memorable, milestones, or just everyday life! I want to have pictures of all kinds to look back on of my kids and my family and to show them when they are older. Let's face it. My memory isn't getting any better as I get older so pictures really help tell a story!

So what does this mean for me? Well, I have pictures everywhere! My husband always makes fun of me for how many pictures I have on my computer and phone at all times. I have memory sticks full of pictures, previous computers full of pictures and my phone is usually maxed out!

And the worst part is none of them are organized and it has only got worse the more kids I have! :)

So who do I turn to when I need some picture organizing help???

How about a great company that I just learned about called Ruly!

They are an AMAZING company that makes tech jobs for women living in poverty who then organize and edit my messy photo library!

I just love how they are helping others while helping me and, in turn, I am helping others when I get help!!!

Ruly uses a combination of technology & a highly trained human workforce built in partnership with Digital Data Divide.

How?

Ruly links to customers' photos through their cloud storage service. Then they get to work. First, they assess every photo to separate out the “Klutter” & identify “Keepers.”

What’s Klutter? They're the photos that don't pass technical & photographic criteria. For example:

• Unnecessary duplicates

• Out of focus, greatly under- or over-exposed

• Mistake shots

• Embarrassing facial expressions

The Keepers are all your good shots; everything that's left after the Klutter is separated. Typically about 65-70% of photos are Klutter!

Once the Keepers are identified, Ruly finds the Highlights and edits them so they look great. These are the really fun shots because they tell a story and have the best photographic qualities.

Lastly, Ruly aggregates all the Highlights from the year into a folder called Annual Highlights. This might be their coolest feature, because it makes end-of-the-year photo projects really easy. Many customers like to make annual family photo books or holiday gifts. Ruly puts all the Highlights in one spot and they're edited and completely ready for creative projects!

How Much Does This Awesome Service Cost?

Ruly uses a fee-for-service model. Their primary service is the monthly subscription plan. With this service, Ruly automatically processes photos twice/month. This is designed to keep your photos Ruly as you take them throughout the month. The cost is $12.99/mo. for 300 photos or $3.99/mo. for 100 photos.

Their second option is a Batch Service. It’s designed to process large batches of historical photos that were never organized. For this service, Ruly charges 8-10¢ per photo depending on quantity.

And it is ALWAYS Secure!

Ruly has multiple layers of security to ensure our customers’ privacy is always protected. First, Ruly is built to work with customers’ Dropbox service, so the multiple layers of security built into Dropbox is still at work for Ruly customers. This includes physical, technical, and heuristic security measures to protect user information from unauthorized access. Nobody - including other Dropbox or other Ruly users - can view photo files unless the customer deliberately shares them.

Additionally, our overseas offices are "no-save" facilities, meaning the computers used by our photo specialists cannot save or forward files. USB ports on these machines are disabled and they are not connected to the Internet. Also, photo specialists are not allowed to have camera-enabled devices while at work. This way, files are isolated from saving/distributing technologies and remain secure throughout the Ruly process.

For more information on Ruly make sure to visit www.getruly.com.

*This post is brought to you by BeFunky.com. All opinions are mine.*

A lot of times as a blogger, product reviewer and mother, I need a great photo editor to make my photos look great!

These days a great photo editing site is hard to find that has all the tools I need like being able to add text, frames, touch up, making collages and so much more! And there are only a few that I trust to make my pictures (especially the ones of my precious children!) exactly how I want them to look!

But I recently was introduced to BeFunky.com and I may have just added another photo editing site to my trusted list!

BeFunky.com is a Photo Editing Suite with a creative toolset for photo editing and collage making. They are a small company, but have over 30+ million users worldwide. Many of their users are professional/amateur photographers, freelancers, bloggers, Etsy shop owners, students, etc.

BeFunky is a gorgeous photo editing suite that aims to help spread the love & make photography more accessible to everyone. With a set of dazzling photo effects ranging from cartoonizer effects to oil paintings, photography tricks, DIY tips and more, there’s not much BeFunky can’t do.

Overall, I definitely recommend BeFunky.com if you are looking for a simple, easy to use but comprehensive photo editing website! Your pictures will turn out great and you will have fun doing it!
