Well, the warm weather hit today and our family saw sun and got the itch to start some Spring Cleaning...outside on the car! 

I don't mind cleaning the doors, windshield and windows, but when it comes to the disgusting wheels, tired and rims and the grills full of bugs and nastiness, I dread cleaning those!!! But those are the areas that need the cleaning the most and get missed the most because they are hardest to clean! 

But today, cleaning those areas was easy peasy with our new Brush Hero, the ultimate detail brush!! All we had to do was hook it up to our garden hose and away it went cleaning these hard to reach vehicle spots with water!

It is super easy to use, anyone can do it because there is no hard scrubbing, and it cleans in minutes!

After using it for cleaning several areas on our car, the brush head did pop off several times. So if I could make any changes, I would make the brush head lock on somehow so it doesn't pop off so easily. It is easy to put on and take off because it just pushes off, but then while it is cleaning, nothing is holding it on either.

I would also add in some type of soap dispenser on it so that soap could easily be added to the Brush Hero attachment for better cleaning!

UPDATE: After contacting the company about these issues, they were really helpful! :) They explained I might need to just push harder to secure the brush head better. AND, they reassured me that a soap dispenser attachment is coming soon - the Soap Star! Can't wait!

But overall, we love this detail tool and now I don't dread cleaning our cars anymore!! This Brush Hero makes a GREAT gift idea for Dad this Father's day - he will get addicted to using it like my husband did while cleaning the car! He wouldn't share it with anyone! :)

We received the grey Range Rover ride-on and my kids could not be more excited! They get a kick out of driving their own vehicles and they instantly loved the sleek look and cool design of this car - plus they even get to open and shut doors! They loved that! Plus, I think my husband may have liked it ever more than the kids because he could say we owned a Range Rover now! :)

We did have to assemble it ourselves and it took about an hour to put together. It wasn't hard to assemble. The directions were clean and easy to follow and the parts assembled easily.

Plus, it was fun to put together as a family and the kids enjoyed helping my husband put their very own car together!

Once it was together, the kids couldn't wait to get in it and give it a spin!

They loved cruising down the road, down the sidewalks and even on the grass. It drove nicely and was easy to handle for my 5 year old.

Overall, my kids really liked this car and had a blast driving it! My only constructive feedback is that some of the parts seemed a little cheaply made. The windshield was scuffed and had marks all over it out of the box, one of the doors didn't align very well, it was quite loud to drive (see video) and we did wish it had two different speeds for different ages. My 3 year old wasn't quite able to control the car at the speed it goes so I do recommend it for older children.

But as you can see, the kids LOVED it, felt like grownups with their own adult-looking car and couldn't ride in it enough!

My husband is a big car guy. Therefore, my son wants to be just like dad. He wants to drive a car, go fast and be in control.

My whole family had a blast driving around this car and watching it flip in the air and keep on going! We had races up and down the street, chased it around and watched it flip for hours!

I know when I am driving, that I take most of the features in my car, like the rearview mirror, seatbelts, CD player, and cup holders for granted and just assume all people have had and used them. But there was a time that these features weren't standard on cars! 

Kia Motors recently released really cool video all about the "Evolution of the Modern Car!" and in this video they show when all these often taken for granted features arrived on and in cars! This video is a trip down memory lane from 1880 to the cars we know and love today.
