I know when I am driving, that I take most of the features in my car, like the rearview mirror, seatbelts, CD player, and cup holders for granted and just assume all people have had and used them. But there was a time that these features weren't standard on cars!

Kia Motors recently released really cool video all about the "Evolution of the Modern Car!" and in this video they show when all these often taken for granted features arrived on and in cars! This video is a trip down memory lane from 1880 to the cars we know and love today.

I thought it was really interesting that the rearview mirror was developed way back in the 1910's and the turn signal in the 1930's! They have been around in cars for A LONG TIME!
