My Favorite Superhuman Power!

Don't we all dream at one point in time of having a superhuman power?? I know I have! How cool would it be to be able to become invisible, heal people, or throw fire at our enemies??!! :)

One superhuman power I wish I had at this point in my life with a 1 year old, relatives in other states, and so much to do in one day is the power of Super Speed, like Clark Kent in Smallville!! How awesome would it be to get to the grocery store instantly or get to your sister's house three states away in less than 10 minutes??!! I would love that!!

Super Speed was the earliest manifested Kryptonian power that allowed Clark to move at speeds faster than the speed of light. We first see him use Super Speed in Season 1, the first episode "Pilot," when Clark misses his bus but reveals his super speed when he outruns it through a cornfield. How awesome would that be?? You would never have an excuse to be late for anything again! :)

What is your favorite superpower and what would you do if you obtained Super Speed?

See more of Clark Kent's superhuman powers in the other episodes of Smallville! The 'Smallville: The Complete Series' DVD lets you experience the exciting journey Clark Kent embarks upon to realize his destiny! With over 24 hours of special features and 2 hours of never before seen footage, the complete series on DVD is the ultimate resource for the Smallville fan! http://amzn.to/jHmwmX

My Favorite Romance from Smallville

Smallville is an action packed series, but it also has a romance element to it too...which definitely makes the show appealing to me! I am a sucker for romance! :)

On Smallville, Clark Kent has had a number of romantic interests - his most notable being with Lois Lane, Lana Lang and Chloe Sullivan. However, if it was up to me, his ultimate choice should be Lana Lang! Their relationship is by far my favorite romance from the Smallville series!

It is my top Smallville romance choice because Lana Lang is his first love and that I can relate to because my husband was my first love and he will be my last love! So I love their relationship because it reminds me of mine with my husband!

Just like me and my husband, Clark Kent and Lana Lang were best friends in high school and it really shows in the first episode of Season 3 - "Exile", when Lana Lang tries to bring Clark back to Smallville after he heads to Metropolis under the influence of the red kryptonite ring. Lana confronts him and doesn't give up on him. She tries her best to talk some sense to Clark and bring him back to Smallville.

And even when Clark things she won't accept him because of his superpowers and faults, she tries to reassure him that she would care for him no matter what, asking Clark for a second chance. Accepting someone no matter what their faults is the ultimate example of TRUE LOVE!

What is your favorite romance from Smallville? Are you a Lois Lane fan or are you always cheering on the Clark and Chloe romance?? Or are you a sucker for "first loves" like me and love the Clark and Lana relationship??!!

With the 'Smallville: The Complete Series' DVD, fans will be able to relive all of Clark Kent's romantic encounters, from start to finish! With an Exclusive Daily Planet newspaper written by DC Comics that highlights the important storylines developed during the 10-year run of the show, the Smallville Complete Series is a must-have for all Smallville fans!  http://amzn.to/jHmwmX

The Epic Rivalry from Smallville

I have recently got hooked on Smallville, a show based on the superhero Clark Kent.

In my opinion, one of the most iconic rivalries in TV and comic book history is the rivalry between Clark Kent and Lex Luthor.

It is my favorite rivalry because it is the most classic love-hate relationship. Clark and Lex started out as friends in the earlier seasons but their relationship starts to crumble as Lex starts to get jealous of Clark's family and even his past relationships, especially Lana Lang and even tricks her into marrying him!

You really see the history between the two characters in the Zod episode (Season 6, Ep. 1) when Lex's body is taken over by General Zod, a Kryptonian military leader, and he kidnaps Lana Lang. Clark Kent and Lex/Zod battle it out and Lex gains the upper hand. As the classic rivalry unfolds, the good guy Clark is commanded to his knees and is told that if they join forces, he will spare the human lives which Clark cares about. However, as every great hero, Clark Kent wins over evil and beats out Lex/Zod's evil schemes again!

I love the evil vs. good rivalry between Clark Kent and Lex Luthor because it involves love, family, and above all Good topping Evil!!

Relive the epic battles and the iconic rivalries with the the Smallville: The Complete Series http://amzn.to/jHmwmX Includes 62 discs, never before seen production art and behind the scenes photos from the set!
