My Opinion

I had never really heard of Arnica before, but if I had, I think I would start growing it! This flower is like magic for the body! :)

Does it work?? It did for me! Since we had such hot weather last week, I started a new exercise program inside since it was too hot to workout outside! I used some muscles that I hadn't used in awhile and the next day I was SORE - so sore I could barely walk! :)

Well, it was the perfect test for Arnicare because I wanted the soreness to go away so I could continue my workout the next day. I put it on the night before over the affected muscles and the next morning I was no longer sore!!! It was seriously AMAZING!! I did my workout without any pain and I felt GREAT!!

Best of all, Arnica and Arnicare are natural products and they have NO artificial colors, perfumes or parabens. Plus, it absorbed REALLY quickly into the skin and wasn't sticky or greasy!
