MegaBloks HotWheels Super Race Set 8-in-1 & Giveaway

A product was given for review for my honest opinion. No other compensation was given.

My children LOVE blocks of all shapes and sizes but one shape and size they have not had the chance to play with yet is smaller sized blocks like the MEGA BLOKS HOT WHEELS™ SUPER RACE SET 8-IN-1 that has smaller building pieces. They have been too young in the past - I didn't trust them to take care of the small pieces.

However, lately, my son has been begging me for some smaller building block pieces to play with and he has always been into building cars and other creations so when I saw the Mega Bloks Hot Wheels™ Super Race Set 8-in-1, I knew he would love them and so would my daughter (cause she loves everything he does!).

He received this set for his birthday and he instantly opened it up and let his imagination run wild. He also loved following the instructions and making eight different mini-cars with his Daddy's help! It was a great activity for them to do together - and then race them, of course!

Rev those engines and wait for the green flag to drop with the Super Race Set by Mega Bloks Hot Wheels™! Build up to eight mini-cars with the assorted pieces then put the sweet speedsters to the test in an epic raceway showdown! Mix and match the pieces to create your own customized cars to blaze around the track or combine to build endless possibilities of customized super racers! Ideal for kids aged 5 and up.

Features:

· Instructions to build eight race cars

· Infinite rebuild possibilities by mixing and matching the pieces any way you want

· Combines with all Mega Bloks Hot Wheels™ for endless stunts and races!

Here are some of my son's creations! He loved making his own custom cars!

My daughter was a little young for this set but she still loved to make cars as best as she could too!

Mega Bloks First Builders Build ‘n Splash & Giveaway

A product was given for review for my honest opinion. No other compensation was given.

Today, I bring another great product from Mega Bloks: Mega Bloks First Builders Build ‘n Splash!

Bath time has never been this fun! Build with the stackable friends made for watery adventures with Mega Bloks First Builders Build ‘n Splash.

Your child can now build in the bath with First Builders blocks! Use the suction cup to stick the friendly red octopus to the bottom of the tub and stack his fishy friends on top of it to create a fun waterfall for your little one to watch! Pour water on the squid’s head and watch the cascading effect as the starfish spins, the shark dips and the fish catches the water. Combine with other First Builders sets to raise your seaworthy friends out of the water and make your waterfall higher than ever!

When bath time is over, place all of the Build ‘n Splash friends inside the handy draining basket that can stick to any surface thanks to its own suction cup.

Ideal for kids ages 1 to 5.

Mega Bloks First Builders 1-2-3 Learning Train & Giveaway

A product was given for review for my honest opinion. No other compensation was given.

I am always looking to add new pieces to my daughter's favorite block collection: Mega Bloks First Builders!

So when I saw that the Mega Bloks First Builders 1-2-3 Learning Train is part of their new Spring 2014 line of products, I knew my daughter (and my son!) would love it and would have hours of fun building and pushing her Mega Bloks train around!

Plus, this 1-2-3 Learning Train teaches my little one all about numbers and shapes while she builds with the Mega Bloks First Builders 1-2-3 Learning Train! Three big wheel bases and special train parts let you and your child build this cute train that introduces kids to the numbers 0 to 9, and makes learning to count fun by matching the numbers with their corresponding images! Three big building plates double as the box lid, and create a sturdy building base for the train station or anything else you and your child can imagine!

This set is ideal for young children ages 12 months and up but is fun for all ages!

Features:

• Teaching tool for young children to learn how to count – by volume, numbers and shapes for the first time
• 44 First Builders blocks, three wheel bases, three building plates and sticker sheet
• Perfect for little hands – each block connects and disconnects easily
• Compatible with all Mega Bloks First Builders sets for endless building possibilities and family fun

Both my children (2 and 4 years old!) love to build, create and imagine with the Learning Train and there are hours of endless ideas floating around in their head every time I see them playing with it! Suddenly, I will see a train emerge from their room and chugga-chugga down the hallway! :)

Plus, as always with all the First Builders products, all their collections work together. They can build trains on their First Builders Play N' Go Table or add other pieces to their train from their First Builders Big Building Bag!
