Celebrate Earthbound Farm's 30th Birthday!

A product was given for review for my honest opinion. No other compensation was given.

We go through organic spinach like crazy in our house so we need a brand we trust! That brand for us is Earthbound Farm and I look for them at every retailer!

I am so excited to share that Earthbound Farm is celebrating a birthday! America’s largest grower of organic produce and organic salad pioneer is celebrating its 30th birthday!

On September 1 they launched a 30-day campaign and there are so many fun things to learn and see on http://www.ebfarm.com/salad-sign!

Find Your Salad Sign Quiz

Discover your Salad Sign with a new BuzzFeed-style online quiz based on the personality pillars of Earthbound Farm founders, farmers, employees, retail customers and consumers: Innovator, Champion, Nurturer and Explorer. Quiz participants will be entered to win a limited-edition reusable shopping bag and other “mystery” prizes throughout the month. Quiz results will be compiled after the 30-day campaign to illustrate various trends and insights about communities across the country. Find out if all the Innovators really do live in California, and just how many men are Nurturers.

Commemorative Salad-in-a-Jar Recipes

Feed your Salad Sign with its corresponding Salad-in-a-Jar downloadable recipe:

• Farro Salad with Arugula Edamame & Tomato Vinaigrette (Innovator)
• Power Summer Salad with Blue Cheese Vinaigrette (Champion)
• Roasted Beet Salad with Walnuts & Feta Cheese (Nurturer)
• Soba Noodles with Peanut Dressing (Explorer)

30 Years of Growing Organic Goodness

Did you know Earthbound was the first to successfully launch pre-washed packaged salad for retail sale? Its first blend was successfully brought to retailers back in 1986, decades before organic became mainstream. After so many firsts, Earthbound has learned a thing or two over the years, captured with insights, milestones and historic photos at http://www.ebfarm.com/salad-sign

They also have some really great NEW products that I am loving! Among my favorites are these two:

Mango Peach Carrot Kickstart

A sunny mix of juicy organic mangos, sweet peaches and earthy carrots, ready to blend into a delightful, nutritious smoothie with your choice of juice, yogurt and other ingredients.

Tomatillo & Black Bean & Baby Lettuce PowerMeal Bowl

This PowerMeal Bowl is a healthy, zesty way to power up your plate with baby lettuces, black bean & corn salad, 5-seed corn strips & more. Gluten free, too!

They are both so easy to make which is so important with three young children and no time to eat! Best of all, they are nutritious and organic!

Green Party Goods

Today, I want to share another company with you that made my daughter's birthday party a success yesterday: Green Party Goods!

With the great items I received from Green Party, I not only had great decorations but I felt great using them because they were planet friendly and eco-friendly alternatives to the harmful products that are out there,  filling up our landfills. Green Party Goods is an environmentally conscious online retail store, offering products to help you celebrate in eco-friendly style!

I received some really great items from Green Party Goods to help us celebrate my daughter's Ladybug themed party including: Ladybug Sugar Toppers, Ladybug Banner, Beeswax Birthday Candles, Biodegradable Balloons and Ladybug Paper Plates!

The Ladybug banner was made from felt so it is reusable along with being REALLY Cute! It looked great at our party and I am not going to let it go to waste the other 364 days of the year. I will now use it to decorate my daughter's room and always remember her 1st birthday party!

The ladybug plates were perfect for everyone eating their cake and desserts on. They look just like a ladybug!

I also really love the Beeswax candles! You might not think about it at birthday celebrations but conventional paraffin candles do release toxic benzene and toluene when burned. Paraffin candles are as dangerous to the lungs as secondhand cigarette smoke. So I am so glad I had these great and colorful Beeswax candles on my precious girl's birthday pie! They lit great and looked great! Here is one of the candles on our birthday Strawberry Rhubarb pie "cake"! :)

And here are the fun sugar Ladybug cupcake toppers on our cupcakes! They were so cute and added the perfect touch to our tasty cupcakes!

The fun polka dotted biodegradable balloons were definitely my son's favorite part! He loved playing with them for hours, the polka dots fit perfectly with our ladybug theme, and I loved that they were biodegradable for when we do throw them!

So as you can see, Green Party Goods has a great selection of party goods ranging from decorations, supplies and even cupcake toppers! If you want to throw a great party but want to do it with an eco-friendly twist like we did, Green Party Goods is the place to go for all your party supplies!

Buy It: You can purchase all eco-friendly party supplies and decor from the Green Party Goods website.

Custom Birthday Decor from New Creations & Co & Giveaway

As you may have saw on our Facebook page, yesterday was my daughter's 1st birthday! I can't believe it has been a year already!

It was a very fun day and very busy with it being Easter too! With two young children, my party planning skills are not as sharp as they could be and I don't have the time I want and need to make decorations and fun party supplies.

So what did I do for my daughter's party? I turned to New Creations & Co. to help me with my party decorations! We had a cute ladybug theme and New Creations & Co matched it perfectly and created a super cute cupcake holder centerpiece, banner and personalized confetti! They were the highlight of the party!

New Creations & Co is the home of Unique & Inspiring products. Their goal is to help their customers with amazing creations! They accept custom orders for parties and they customize any centerpieces and/or confetti to any theme!

The custom banner I received was so detailed and cute! It said Happy Birthday and then my daughter's name in the middle! The colors were perfect and fit our theme!

It was nice and big so it looks great on any wall at your party! It comes with ribbons on both sides for easy hanging either with tape or even nail.

But my favorite item would have to be the cupcake holder centerpiece! Not only did it make a great centerpiece on our food table, but it doubles as the cupcake holder and you all know how much I love dual-use items!

The centerpiece was easy to put together and once again was made to fit our theme perfectly! It even has my daughter's name on it again and it fit about 20 cupcakes! I love how detailed it was and everyone was commenting on how cute it was!

I also LOVE the personalized confetti! They were so cute and were perfect to spread on the tables, cupcake holder and on the present table! They had my daughter's name, ladybugs, "1" and our theme colors and they were so cute!

I just love how great of a job New Creations & Co. did matching our theme and creating SUPER CUTE and practical items for my daughter's party!

My Son Will Celebrate His Birthday With an Inspired Inceptions Personalized Shirt!

I can't believe it but my son's three year birthday is coming up in October!!! Where has the time again! It seems only yesterday that I became a first time mother of this beautiful, rambunctious baby boy!

This year, he wanted a train/Thomas the Train birthday party so when Amy from Inspired Inceptions reached out to have her Etsy Shop featured, I immediately started searching to see if she had any Thomas birthday shirts for my son to wear at his birthday party! And SHE DID!!!

Amy is a full time wife, mom, friend, and crafter. She started her business of making heat press shirts after having her son Nolan. Now she has turned it into a business that she LOVES!! She loves coming up with new ideas and working with customers to create a personalized shirt just for them. If you have an idea for a shirt but don't see it on her site, don't hesitate to ask and I bet she can make it!! And best of all, there is NO extra charge for custom designs!

Children's shirts start off $17.99. She can do long sleeves and colored shirts but they are an additional charge.

The minute my son saw his super cute Thomas the Train with Birthday Number T-shirt, he was jumping up and down with excitement! I loved that we got to personalize the shirt with his name and 3 for how old he will be at his birthday party!

The shirt is high quality and soft material and the picture seems to be really stuck on there and not going to peel off or fade! The shirt is a little big (it is a 3T) on my son but I am not surprised because he is such a tiny guy! (He finally just grew out of some 18 months clothes and he will be THREE!)

I can't wait to show you all his upcoming birthday pictures with him wearing this super cute shirt!

If you are looking for a personalized shirt of any design, theme or sport, you have got to check out Inspired Inceptions Etsy Shop. If she doesn't have it pictured, she will try her best to make it!!! Best of all, you will be supporting and promoting a mom business and those are the best businesses (in my opinion!) :)

Buy It: You can purchase the Thomas the Tank T-shirt for $17.99 from the Inspired Inceptions Etsy Shop.
