I can definitely see why because it is a very fun book about my son becoming a captain, finding buried treasure, and spelling out his first and last name! It is really great for learning letters, his name, and it is a really good story all at the same time!
The pictures are bright and colorful, it has a nice hardcover to prevent wear and tear, and it is a nice, large book for easy holding and so it never gets lost!
My son also LOVES to wear the matching personalized bandanna that says Cap'n and he wears it to read the book and for other pretend play!
