Georges Duboeuf Beaujolais Nouveau

This youthful wine has an easy drinkability and is fresh, fruity and flavorful. It pairs well with light meals such as tapas, cheese, charcuterie, poultry and salmon and is best served chilled. Beaujolais Nouveau is made from hand-picked gamay grapes that are harvested six to eight weeks prior to bottling. Each year, the new vintage is received with great anticipation on Beaujolais Nouveau Day, the third Thursday in November, right in time for the holidays.

Festive cranberry in color with a haunting, aromatic bouquet with hints of raspberries, strawberries and rose petals. A fresh raspberry taste, with crisp acidity, enticing the palate with an initial softness, graduating to a round and clean and dry fi nish.

Rosa Regale is produced using the Charmat process, fermentation with brief skin contact, filtration and storage at 32˚F, followed by refermentation in stainless-steel vats, and isobaric bottling. A unique and festive sparkling wine and a seductive aperitif. Pairs well with seafood, cheeses, spicy fare and chocolate. Serve chilled.

Riunite Sangria

Riunite wines have been one of America’s most-loved, best-selling wines for 5 decades – an unparalleled accomplishment in wine history. Best when served chilled, Riunite’s refreshing

wines are perfect for any occasion.

Grapes are harvested, soft pressed, and macerated with kins on for 48 hours. The juice is then racked
off from the skins and seeds, and placed in stainless steel tanks for fermentation at 18-20 °C. Orange juice and natural flavors are added before isobaric bottling.

Detectable aromas of dark berries, strawberries, and peaches, with a hint of citrus.

Yellow Tail Big Bold Red

This is a Concentrated wine with Raspberry and Spice flavors. It is a well-balanced, medium-bodied red wine with decadent flavors of raspberries and strawberry jam. With a hint of spice, this wine is bursting with ripe dark fruits and rich, bold oak character.

I love the great taste of the two [yellow tail] wines but most of all I love the very affordable price! This makes these great for serving large groups of people this holiday season!

Sparkling Wines from Bolla

For all your festivities this holiday season, celebrate with two festive sparklers from Bolla: Bolla Sparkling Rosé and Bolla Prosecco!

Bolla Prosecco 

This Sparkling wine has hints of apple, pear and peach with a vein of acidity and lively finish. 

Grapes for this wine were both hand and machine harvested. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel and cuvee close to develop the stars.

The tasting notes color is right, deep straw and the bouquet is an appealing ripe fruit on the nose with hints of apple, pear and peach. The taste is fresh and fruity on the palate with a great vein of acidity and lively finish.

You may enjoy Bolla Prosecco with anything! It is delightful with appetizers, seafood, pasta, chicken, pork and veal as well as desserts.

Bolla Sparkling Rose

This sparkling wine is a light pink with a floral bouquet and fresh, fruity flavor.

Select grapes are gently crushed and pressed then quickly separated from the pumice to avoid imparting too much color on the young must. After the first temperature controlled alcoholic fermentation at about 18°C, the base wine undergoes a second fermentation in closed pressure tanks for the “prise de mousse,” resulting in a fully-sparkling wine.

The Tasting Notes Color is a Light pink with the bouquet being a powerful floral bouquet. It ends with a Taste of Fine and persistent perlage, with a fresh, fruity flavor.

This wine needs to be served chilled and the Bolla Sparkling Rosé is the perfect accompaniment to hors d’oeuvres, delicate first courses, white meats, and fruit-based desserts.
