Dyson V6 Slim Vacuum

A product was given for review for my honest opinion. No other compensation was given.

One of the greatest things in life is a good vacuum! :)

There is no feeling like watching your carpets and floors get clean before your eyes with an easy to use, efficient and lightweight vacuum!

I get this feeling every time I use the new DysonV6 Slim vacuum!

The latest Dyson V6 vacuum is lightweight and versatile, without the hassle of the cord. No more fiddling with plugs or tripping over cords. Simply remove from the docking station and go. With up to 20 minutes of fade-free cleaning performance, the lightweight design provides versatility and ease of use, allowing you to clean up high, down low, and everywhere in between.

Dyson cordless vacuums are powered by the Dyson digital motor V6 – a small, lightweight motor capable of spinning at up to 110,000 rpm. It generates powerful suction, creating the most powerful cordless vacuum cleaner.

My favorite part is the cordless feature. When using corded vacuums, I feel like I spend more time unwrapping and wrapping up the cord than I do vacuuming. And now I don't have to worry about tripping around a cord or any dangers to my children!

Just simply put it on and off the charging station and you are ready to vacuum! I LOVE THAT!!!

Plus, the Dyson V6 Slim works great on hard floors and carpets with its motorized cleaner head with stiff nylon bristles and soft carbon fiber filaments!

It has a pretty good run time of 20 minutes. It is not super long so if you have a huge house, you may have to stop and charge! But it definitely will do a lot of your house at one time!

My second favorite part is how easy it is to empty! You just push the button to release the dirt directly into the bin! It is so easy and hygienic!!!

And finally, I use and love this vacuum because it takes the place of all my other ones! I don't need a little handheld vacuum anymore because the Dyson V6 Slim can be turned into handheld mode and do little jobs like cheerio spills and car messes!

But it also can do high jobs like vents, spider webs in the corners of your living room and dusting the edges of doors!

This Dyson V6 Slim has it all and you are going to want it for your whole house, car and garage and anywhere you can think of to use it once you start! :) You will love using this lightweight and versatile vacuum and you will love having ONE vacuum in the house for every mess!

You can purchase the Dyson V6 Slim for $289 from Walmart

Get Cool With A Portable Air Conditioner!

I don't know about you, but it is starting to get hot and muggy in the house we live in but it just seems just a little early to turn the central air on (especially since we had snow 2 weeks ago)! So, what did I do instead? I turned to the new AC-12000E portable air conditioner that we received for review from NewAir USA, a manufacturer of home appliances that includes portable air conditioners, ice machines and ice cream makers. It was so EASY to set up and it instantly cooled down our room so we could sleep comfortably again!

Portable and convenient, the NewAir AC-12000E cooling unit is built with 12,000 BTUs and covers up to 425 square feet. The AC-12000E air conditioner is environmentally friendly and designed with an auto-evaporative feature. The NewAir AC-12000E air conditioner is highly reputable and rated as one of the top portable air conditioning units!

This portable air conditioner from NewAir was really heavy in the box when it arrived so I was really nervous about setting it up. But it turned out to be really easy to set up with very little parts to assemble! I loved that! It only took about 15 minutes to unpack and set up and we were cooling down instantly!

There are several awesome features that makes this portable air conditioner stand out from the competition:

Environmentally Friendly
The AC-12000E eco-friendly air conditioner is built with a R410A refrigerant that provides cooler air while using less energy.

Auto-Evaporative Cooling Feature
The convenient auto-evaporative feature provides an improved cooling effect with less condensate build-up. This NewAir AC-12000E portable air conditioner can operate on a continuous level by recycling collected moisture.

Accommodating Remote and Timer
The NewAir AC-12000E is designed with a remote control and a 24-hour programmable timer to adjust the temperature to a comfortable level at any time.

Easy Installation
Use your cooling unit as soon as you receive it! The portable AC-12000E air conditioner is easy to install without the worry of sitting there for hours and trying to assemble a product. A window kit is included which can be set-up within minutes.

This was really the best part about this air conditioner! It can literally be set up and taken down and moved from room to room if needed in minutes! I really couldn't believe how easy it was to set up!

You first start by setting up the window kit. It was easy to stick in the window and I loved that it blocked out heat and humidity from coming and fit snugly in the window.

You then fit in the exhaust hose and screw it into both the window kit and the air conditioner unit: both very easy to do also!

You are then ready to go! It is as easy as that!

There is also an activated carbon filter that can be installed. It is as easy as removing from the package and inserting it into the filter frame on the back!

Then just turn on the unit On/Off button and away you go! Adjust the temperature up and down depending on what you want and even set a timer!

You can also set the speed or set it to sleep mode! The indicator lights tell you when the compressor kicks on and when the water tank is full! That is really helpful!

You can also adjust the front vents to shoot the air up or down!

Another really nice feature is how easy it is to move around! It has handles on both sides for lifting and wheels on the bottom for easy movement!

Other KEY FEATURES include:

• Environmentally friendly and lower energy used
• Auto-evaporative technology improves cooling efficiency
• Compact and convenient to use in multiple rooms
• Rated as one of the top selling portable air conditioners
• Includes a remote control
• 24-hour programmable timer and automatic defrost

Overall, we really loved this portable air conditioner. It is compact and can fit in any small room or area but it is powerful to cool down up to 425 square feet! It fit perfectly in our small bedroom and cooled it down in minutes! Plus, it was amazing how easy it was to set up and use!

So if you are starting to heat up this spring but don't have central air or are just trying to heat up a small area in your home, garage, or other area, you have got to get the easy to set up, easy to use, and portable NewAir AC-12000E cooling unit! You will definitely appreciate it as the summer heats up and so do you!

Buy It: You can purchase the NewAir AC-12000E cooling unit for an average price of $480 at a local retail location or online store.

Purify Any Room with the Honeywell Allergen Remover and Giveaway

I have mentioned many times before how much I believe in air purifiers and what they can do for allergies and asthma in a household!

So today, I am so excited to share with you another great air purifier that is now a part of our healthy and clean air in our home and offer you a chance to have cleaner air too with the Honeywell Air Purifier!

Once again, Honeywell has a great gift idea for college students and children living in the dorms because let's face it: dorm rooms stink and sickness is everywhere! Every dorm room should FOR SURE have an air purifier and I definitely recommend the Honeywell True HEPA Allergen Remover.

It will definitely purify the stinkiest room because the Honeywell HPA-150 True HEPA Allergen Remover captures 99.97% of microscopic airborne allergens as small as .3 microns (that’s smaller than the diameter of a single strain of hair!) from the air that passes through its filters.

It offers all of the benefits of True HEPA in an attractive tower design so it doesn't take up much room in an already small dorm room. But size doesn't say it all because this purifier boasts many impressive features including:

• True HEPA filters that capture up to 99.97% of microscopic allergens such as pollen, dust, smoke, and pet dander, capturing particles as small as 0.3 microns
• A premium carbon pre-filter to help capture larger particles, reduce unpleasant household odors, and reduce certain common household gases
• 3 air cleaning levels which allows you to adjust the cleaning power based on your needs.
• Easy-to-use controls
• An electronic filter replacement reminder
• This air purifier is ARB Certified to comply with the federal ozone emissions limit.
• 170 sq. ft. cleaning capacity which purifies the air in a medium-large room.
• Replaceable filter that only needs only to be changed once a year.
• Circulates room air up to 5 times an hour.

I love how easy this purifier is to use. Even the most stressed out and tired college student can turn the knob to the three different levels depending on how much purifying needs to happen and how much "white noise" they might like to have to drown out the loud neighbors!

The filter only needs to be replaced once a year so that works out great to be replaced once every summer when school is not in session. Plus, it even reminds the owner that it needs to be changed so don't believe your child when they say they didn't know it needed to be changed! :)

This air purifier works really well because it circulates air in the room up to 5 times an hour and it can purify up to 170 sq. ft.!

So next time your child complains about their stinky dorm room or how sick they are always getting, make sure to send over this Honeywell True HEPA Allergen Remover and that will be one less stresser for them during the hard school year!

Buy It: You can purchase the Honeywell True HEPA Allergen Remover for $149.95 on the Honeywell Online Store.

Keurig MINI Brewer Review and Giveaway

Now that I am not pregnant anymore, I like to enjoy a nice cup of coffee (and I NEED one to make up for the lack of sleep sometimes!) once in a while! Also, my husband LOVES coffee and it is special for us to enjoy a cup together every morning on the weekends!

Our favorite way to make coffee is with our new Keurig MINI Plus Personal Brewer! We love it because it is compact and doesn't take up much room in our small kitchen but yet makes a great cup of coffee with the K-Cups of our choice!

We received this awesome Keurig MINI Plus Personal Brewer from a great website for coffee lovers: OneCupConnection.

I love their site because they aim to provide their customers with the best pricing on all their single serve coffee needs, including Keurig Brewers, Green Mountain K-Cups, Timothy’s K-Cups, Gloria Jean’s K-Cups, Coffee People K-Cups, Caribou K-Cups, Newman’s Own K-Cups, Emeril’s K-Cups, Tully’s K-Cups, Diedrich K-Cups and Celestial Seasonings K-Cups. They also provide great Whole Bean and Ground Coffee as well as all the Coffee Supplies that you will need to enjoy the perfect cup every time. They definitely offer an amazing selection of coffee products for coffee lovers and everything they need to enjoy that perfect cup of coffee everytime!

If you are looking for a space-saving Keurig Brewer that still performs quickly and efficiently, then the MINI Plus Personal Brewer is perfect for you! Its small size means you can enjoy Keurig Excellence just about anywhere you call home: vacation home, home office, off campus apartment and loft living. The MINI Plus allows you to brew 6, 8 or 10 ounces to get the strength you desire in under 2 minutes with no water left in the reservoir.

It is offered in three great colors: Red, Black, Platinum and I love the removable drip tray for easy cleaning! It also has an Auto-off Feature and great Cord Storage so it is easy to use and store anywhere!

I also received some tasty K-cups to try with my new Keurig brewer! I am a huge fan of flavored coffee so I wanted to try the Green Mountain Coffee Flavored Variety Pack and the Caramel Vanilla Cream K-Cups flavored packs!

The Variety Pack of Keurig K-Cups includes an collection of rich flavors to match the different moods and moments of your day. It includes:

*Caramel Vanilla Cream (6 K-Cups)
* French Vanilla (6 K-Cups)
* Hazelnut (6 K-Cups)
* Wild Mountain Blueberry (4 K-Cups)

These flavors were all tasty! They were subtle in taste, smelled AMAZING, and brewed quickly like all K-Cups do!  My favorite was the French Vanilla and my husband loved the Hazelnut! I loved being able to drink a different flavor every time I wanted a cup of coffee but yet knowing that it will taste great!

I am so glad I got this extra pack of Caramel Vanilla Cream K-Cups because it is a great flavor! I get excited to drink my coffee every time knowing I get to have the smooth Caramel Vanilla Cream flavored coffee!

However, my favorite item from OneCupConnection is got to be the Keurig K-Cup Carousel! I have always just stored our K-Cups under our cupboard in their cardboard containers and they break, spill out everywhere and soon I can't find any when I want a cup of coffee! I hated that disorganization and I am so glad to never have to search for my K-Cups again because they are so nicely stored in my new K-Cup Carousel!

You can slide up to 27 K-cups into this spinning carousel and not worry about them rolling off the counter or falling out of a cabinet. I love that it only measures at 10" H x 8" D so it fits easily in our cupboard so my K-Cups are not only stored neatly but they can be put out of sight and off the counter as well! I absolute LOVE it and definitely recommend it for all Keurig brewer users!

Buy It: You can purchase all Keurig brewers, K-Cups and the Carousel on the OneCupConnection website.

Dirt Devil Power Flex 2-in-1 Vacuum Review

Since the first hand-held vacuum was introduced in 1984, the Dirt Devil brand has continued to develop clever floor care products that recognize consumers’ needs and solve their cleaning challenges. Included in its comprehensive line of products are full-size, hand-held, bagged and cyclonic upright and canister, carpet cleaners and hard-floor cleaners.

I generously received the Dirt Devil Power Flex 2-in-1. This vacuum has the flexibility of a hand vac and stick vac in one easy to use product. As a stick vac, the motorized brushroll and the swivel nozzle give you greater maneuverability over carpets and bare floors. The hand vac, with integrated crevice tool, lets you clean hard to reach places. Cyclonic filtration keeps you cleaning with sustained suction.

My Opinion

When I first saw this 2-1 vacuum from Dirt Devil, I thought it looked great for doing our steep stairs. Besides that, I didn't think much about it.

Well, now, once I have used it, it is my favorite go-to vacuum for EVERYTHING!!! Literally....

There are just so many great features about this Dirt Devil Power Flex 2-1 vacuum that I love and don't know how I lived without!

First of all, I love that it folds down for easy storage. You can easily store it even in the tightest spaces or even travel with it if you really can't live without it! :)

Second of all, the stick vac is great for our bare floor kitchen and dining room and cleaning after my son's many crumbs after every meal! I just grab this super lightweight vacuum from its charging station (I never have to worry about a pesky cord or finding an outlet!!) and easily vacuum up every mess! I barely feel like I am even holding the vacuum or have to even push it around! It is the easiest vacuum (hands down) to push around and use that I have ever used!

The best part is that it is two vacuums in one and allows to me easily grab the hand vac and get the little corners I could never get with ANY vacuum or cleaning tool and also do our steep stairs with ease and No Sweat!! No more lugging our heavy vacuum up the stairs, balancing it on the stairs and finding the right attachments each time. I now can just grab the hand vac from my Power Flex 2-1 and away I go!

It is super easy to stick on the charger once I am finished and the blinking light tells you when it is charging and ready to use again! Best of all, it is super easy to empty and clean! Just empty into the garbage when the hand vac looks full of ickies! :)

Let's just say, I used to hate vacuuming because I hated pushing around our old bulky, heavy vacuum and tripping over the pesky cord. Now I actually LOVE to vacuum with our new Dirt Devil Power Flex 2-1 because it is so easy to use, convenient and powerful!

Buy It: You can purchase the Dirt Devil Power Flex 2-1 vac for $49.99 on the Dirt Devil website and also at local retailers.
