Every mom seems to carry a gazillion things in their purse or in a diaper bag AND purse. And I have learned over the last five years of having kids that the purses and handbags that are functional aren't always cute or stylish! I have hit the point where I really WANT BOTH!

LightInTheBox.com is a really great site that has almost everything you can think of and everything you need! I have received some awesome fashion pieces before from them - a coat and dress and this time I received an awesome handbag!

I received the Women's European and American New Style Fashion Special Genuine Leather Handbags Cowhide Shoulder Bag Band Totes from LightintheBox.com and I can't wait to use this purse on a daily basis (once I am out of diaper bag stage!). Sadly, it is a little small for my daily needs at this point.

This handbag is a great bag for all seasons and is casual but can definitely be worn with dressy attire too! It comes in Blue, Black, and Brown and made from Cowhide.

My favorite part about this bag is the compartments and storage space! For a smaller bag, it has a lot of storage areas and I love keeping everything organized!

In addition to inside storage, it also has storage pockets with zippers on the outside. 

The only downfall for me is the size. I thought it would be bigger for my current needs but it a little too small for me at this time with a baby and all his needs. It will definitely be a tease hanging on my coat rack waiting for me have to carry less stuff around and be able to use it!

But overall, it is a really nice bag - fashionable, easy to carry and really great compartments! Due to the smaller size, I wouldn't categorize it as a tote but more as a medium size handbag.

Ok, it is no secret that I love a super cute, chic handbag (for the times I can actually go out and use it!). 

What woman doesn't, right??

I used to like the nice small purses that don't get in the way, aren't heavy to carry, and can be left behind when you don't want to take a purse.

The best feature about my new Emilie M handbag is that it is not bulky to carry but it definitely carries A LOT! It has three storage compartments in the purse and they all hold way more than they initially look like they could! I love how the middle compartment zips shut (and Stays Shut!) so nothing falls out or gets lost! It is also nicely organized and keeps me organized with a zippered compartment inside and two pockets!

The two side compartments have a magnetic clasp that keeps them shut and they also have A LOT of room for storage!

Check out the purse all closed up...it looks small and easy to carry!

But behind its small size, is a lot of storage and room for whatever you like to carry!!!

Since I am a mother, I definitely LOVE the storage but I also like it to be easy to carry (since I am usually carrying one or two children at the same time!). This handbag definitely gives me that!

The material is light and it fits perfectly under my arm! The only downfall is that the straps do tend to slip a little bit down my shoulder since there are two straps to stay up and they are made of a slippery material.

However, that is why this is my "No Kids" purse because I will have the patience and hands to help keep my purse on! :)

I love the green and brown colors...it adds some fun and color to my usually black, brown and white wardrobe and it really helps me feel stylish and young again! :)

My Opinion

I haven't got a new handbag since before the birth of my last son so I definitely could use a new one! When I saw the Abby handbag, I instantly fell in love because it is nice and big (which is essential with children!) and it is brown and I don't have a brown handbag! Plus, it looks so cute and fashionable!

It was everything I hoped it would be when I actually received it! It is really big which will be great with the new baby and carrying all of the accessories like diapers, clothing, etc! But at the same time, it looks great with any outfit and a night out on the town without children!

I love all the pockets and I love that it even has a divider in the middle of the purse so I can be better organized than I have in the past! You can wear it either with the short straps or put on the long strap that is included!

The material is durable but yet soft! I just love it and I am so happy I chose this handbag from Cents of Style! It is a great handbag for a great price!
