MobileLite Wireless G2
Kingston has created the MobileLite Wireless G2, a second-generation wireless media streamer, perfect for your mobile lifestyle. Sleek and lightweight, the G2 is an ultra-portable mobile device that streams audio, video, images and documents from USB drives, SD/SDHC/SDXC, and microSD cards for up to six different devices simultaneously. Smartly, it doubles as a built-in battery charger, while its Ethernet connection enables wireless routing and wi-fi bridging.
Extend mobile storage and stay connected with Kingston’s MobileLite Wireless G2 (MLWG2). The average smartphone only has 70 percent of its capacity available for storage and many tablets don’t include ports — which makes them come up short on storage. MobileLite Wireless G2 adds storage while freeing up your mobile device by letting you offload content to a Flash card or USB drive.
MobileLite Wireless G2 creates its own Wi-Fi signal which allows you to stream several movies to different devices simultaneously. It also lets you post photos and videos to social media via Wi-Fi for friends and family. Additionally, the MobileLite Wireless G2 is a battery bank that lets you charge your smartphone up to 2x from a full battery*. With limited battery life on many phones and new operating systems draining batteries, it’s important to be able to give power to your phone at a critical moment. *Based on internal testing using iPhone 5. Battery life varies depending upon the usage and user application functions. Battery is not replaceable.
Stay constantly connected with MobileLite Wireless G2. It functions as a portable router with a built-in Ethernet port for broadband Internet on the go. It also has 3G dongle support for direct connections. MobileLite Wireless G2 can also bridge to other Wi-Fi Internet connections when direct connect isn’t an option. MobileLite Wireless is backed by a two-year warranty, free technical support and legendary Kingston reliability.
