I recently had a really, really bad case of strep throat. I was in bed for over a week, couldn't eat anything or barely swallow and I couldn't find a single thing I wanted or could eat...except for Yasso Greek yogurt bars! If you have an allergy or eat a gluten-free diet, I highly recommend Ian's frozen entrees! I recently learned about them and tried some of their entrees and they are an instant hit! I especially love them because they are made without added hormones or antibiotics, use non-GMO expeller-pressed canola oil (high in monounsaturated fats or “good fats”) and are free from preservatives, artificial colors or artificial flavors!
