As a mom who had three children in 5 years, I definitely have had my ups and downs as a young mother! SO many days I had questions I needed answered but was too tired to do anything about it. I didn't know what sources to trust, who's advice to take and which direction to go. Parenthood really is one of the hardest jobs on earth and mostly because of all the decisions parents have to make!
One of the hardest issues I had to deal with all three of my children was breastfeeding successfully. For some reason, my body did not supply enough milk to help my child grow. Although I have nothing against bottle feeding and formula, I really want breastfeeding to work and it was extremely frustrating that my body didn't work well enough to nourish and help my baby grow! I struggled with this issue for years trying everything until I was exhausted! Finally, I had to realize and accept the fact that I need to supplement. It was a hard road but I am proud of doing my best no matter how I fed my baby!
Motherhood is definitely a hard road but so rewarding with the love you receive from your children. But I sure wish I would have had a book in my early years that I could just open up and get all my biggest questions answered!
If you are a new mother or parent, YOU are in luck because there is a great new book that does answer your top 150 questions about your new baby and toddler! It's called Baby & Toddler Basics: Expert Answers to Parents' Top 150 Questions and it really is a great comprehensive book that can help you navigate those early years of being a parent!
I really like the format and how easy it is to find the answers to the questions you have...even with a lack of sleep! The simple, clear Q & A layout makes searching for answers just as fast as an internet search, but with immediate expert advice that parents can fully trust. Baby & Toddler Basics is like having a “portable pediatrician” in one’s diaper bag, on the nightstand or on one’s mobile device (for parents who prefer e-book), always ready with reassuring answers, immediate expert advice that parents can fully trust.
