We LOVE pasta in our house! Ravioli, Spaghetti, Fettuccine - we love it all!

We have been having some really tasty pasta dishes for dinners lately thanks to Three Bridges!

Three Bridges’ products embrace the simplicity of fresh, premium natural and organic ingredients that you can see and recognize. Their line includes 100% Natural, Certified Organic & gluten free varieties.

Three Bridges pastas and sauces are made in small batches with only the finest ingredients, sourced locally when possible.

The Three Bridges refrigerated collection includes:
• 100% Natural & Organic pastas and sauces
• Gluten Free offerings certified by GFCO
• A new line of chef-crafted, refrigerated meals

Three Bridges is the only refrigerated pasta line to earn Green-e certification verifying the purchase of 100% renewable energy.

I made some really delicious meals with the Three Bridges products. I made Fettuccine Alfredo with Broccoli and Spaghetti with Marinara with Meatballs one night and another night we had Pesto with Pappardelle with peas and another night Ravioli.

Each meal was absolutely DELICIOUS, Fresh and the pastas were organic, and all the products were free from harmful and icky ingredients found in many mainstream products!

Three Bridges has a great collection of pastas and sauces and I highly recommend them for a great meal!

We recently tried the gluten-free three-cheese ravioli. I'm not sure if it was a bad batch, but after boiling them for 3-minutes, the ravioli had basically disintegrated, leaving a spattering of cheese and dissolved pasta dough at the bottom of the pot. We nearly always eat gluten-free pasta (and I'm aware of the need for a stabilizer additive to be used with GF flours), but this is the first time I've encountered this problem.

My Lobster Ravioli also fell apart while cooking. It also had a strange unpleasant taste. I may buy Three Bridges again, but not the lobster ravioli.
