Kollar Chocolates for Valentine's Day

For me, chocolate is the perfect gift for Valentine's Day. I love chocolate and I love the excuse to eat it. What makes chocolate even better is when it looks unique!

This Valentine's Day, I am enjoying unique chocolates from Kollar Chocolates.

Kollar Chocolates is an artisanal chocolate shop based in Napa Valley where self-taught chocolatier and owner, Chris Kollar creates award-winning, handcrafted chocolate creations.

Kollar produces small batches of gourmet truffles utilizing classic, European chocolate making techniques and he strives to use fair trade and local seasonal ingredients whenever possible.

I received three great and tasty chocolates from Kollar Chocolates and they were definitely enjoyed! Plus, they were the most unique chocolates I have ever seen.

I received the XO Box, the Love Chest and the 50 Shades of Grey box.

The XO Box is made up of a dark chocolate X and O with dark, caramel and white chocolate crispy pearls. It was so cute and the perfect gift for a loved one for Valentine's Day. It retails for $5.00.

Two other products that are fun for lovers and singles this Valentine’s Day is the Love ‘Chest’ ($25) and the sinfully delicious 50 Shades of Grey box.

Cozily restrained in the 50 Shades of Grey box are six pieces of caramel dark chocolate truffles covered in various shades of grey chocolate with splatters of pink and red ($12). These were decadently delicious and fun looking as well!

This Valrhona dark chocolate "Love Chest", jeweled with chocolate crispy pearls, is sure to thrill many this Valentine's Day. ($24) If you like solid chocolate, then this is the gift for you! It is just pure, good chocolate in a heart and it is delicious!

So as you can see these truffles and chocolates look amazing but, more importantly, they were delicious! They make the perfect gift for any chocolate-loving love this Valentine's Day!
