Two of my favorite treats are pies and cookies. So when you combine them, it happens to be heaven in my mouth! :)

I received two delicious Cookie Pies: Peanut Butter Cup and Toffee Almond.

Think Reese's Peanut Butter Cup...only bigger and better. This sensational Cookie Pie combines peanut butter mousse, and dark chocolate on top of a rich butter cookie for an off-the-charts taste experience.

This Cookie Pie was filled with creamy peanut butter and I loved the chocolate topping! It is finished off with a crunchy but sweet cookie crust!

The Toffee Almond was equally delicious! Think classic Heath Bar. A smooth butter cookie is encrusted with a tasty mixture of toffee, almonds and coconut then drizzled with chocolate and caramel for the finishing touch. The difference is in the texture and the tasting.

This was the favorite in our house even though it was hard to pick! It had so many delicious components!

We served these delicious Cookie Pies to family and friends (along with ourselves!) and everyone liked the delicious and unique dessert!
