Get Rid of Your Frustrating Wireless Carrier and Say Hello Better!


Okay, let's get serious today as we discuss what bugs us about our current mobile phone services!

I'll be honest, I have been with the same provider for over seven years and I have had the same problems the whole time!

The biggest problem I seem to have with my cell phone is NEVER having good service! I have lived in over 4 different houses in the last five years and NONE of them have had good service! People can never hear me and my phone always cuts out or hangs up on important people! It is SO frustrating for both my husband and I! We are so tired of having to go outside to talk or fighting static to hear people!

We are also tired of being overcharged/mischarged on our bills! I don't know how many times my husband has to call to get a bill fixed when we are overcharged or charged for something we don't even use! We end up sitting on the phone for hours trying to get a hold of the right staff member or waiting to speak to ANYONE!!! And then when we finally get someone, our phone cuts off and hangs up AND WE HAVE TO START ALL OVER AGAIN!!!

Anyone else experience similar situations with your current mobile phone service?


Probably...since a study conducted by U.S. Cellular indicates that 43 percent of individuals are in the 'seven year itch' phase with their wireless provider, noting they are comfortable but suspect they are missing out on something better.


Out of the 1,208 participants polled across four regions of the country, 56 percent of the respondents admitted to being unhappy with their carrier over the past year but only 35 percent of all respondents have ever broken up with their provider.

In spite of this overall dissatisfaction, respondents are hesitant to call it quits. More than one-third of respondents say they stick with their current provider because they believe all carriers are the same, it is too much trouble to switch carriers, or they don’t want to sign a new contract!
