All women that have had a child know that after we carry that baby around for 10 months and push out the baby during delivery, our pelvic floor muscles are fatigued and weak and can cause some real problems for many months or years after! (Anyone hate sneezing??) :)
We have all heard (I hope!) that a daily Kegel routine can really help prepare the pelvic floor muscles for pregnancy and recover after labor by reducing incontinence and post-natal complications.
I am not the best at remembering to do a daily Kegel routine, but I am really trying to focus on doing it a lot more this pregnancy because this is my second child and I want to have healthy, strong muscles down there! :)
A great company that I recently learned about is Intima and they can really help with your daily Kegel exercises!
