My Opinion

The What To Expect books have seriously been my lifesaver as a first time mother! My copies of What to Expect When Expecting and What to Expect The First Year are so worn and were always on hand during my pregnancy and first year!

I am so excited to now be the proud owner of What to Expect the Second Year and the recipient of all their awesome advice and guidance!

This book continues the tradition of being really excellent and giving excellent advice when our fuzzy mommy brains need a little help or prodding! My favorite parts of the book are the Developmental Milestones section at the beginning of the book! It really gave me some guidelines about where my son should be developmentally and also give me some ideas on what to work on with him.

I also really liked how thorough they really cover every aspect of a child: Feeding, Sleeping, Behavior, Talking, Learning, and so on and so on! They really cover all your questions!

I recommend What to Expect The Second Year for all parents of toddlers age 12 months to 24 months! This book will answer ALL your questions and help guide you through the second year of your precious child's life!
