However, one of my favorite parts of the show is the romance! My favorite romance from the First Season is the budding romance between Toby and Spencer! It is my favorite romance because I think I relate to Toby and Spencer's personalities - Serious overachievers who are competitive! I also like the romance between these two because I never saw it coming!
Between the tutoring, hand-holding and late night drives through town, it really seems like these two are forming a solid relationship and I hope they persevere even thought their families don't approve! They both have incredibly intense personalities, hidden behind bookish exteriors, and they’re starting to relate to each other!
