There are no buttons or other complicated mechanisms to operate. It's as easy as drinking from any ordinary cup but you don't have to worry about big spills due to the patent-pending Reflo insert that controls the flow of beverage anywhere along the cup’s rim and at virtually any angle.
The Reflo Smart Cup is BPA-free and dishwasher safe and is designed for safety and hygiene with no moving parts to trap germs.
It is recommended for all ages as a smart alternative to "sippy cups" which have been associated with dental and speech problems.
The Reflo Smart Cup is the safe, smart way to learn to drink from a regular cup.
My Opinion
My son is at the age where he is old enough to transition to a regular drinking cup instead of a sippy cup. He loves to drink from "Mommy or Daddy's cup" but he hasn't quite got the coordination and sense to stop tipping it yet without spilling. So when I saw the Reflo Smart Cup, I was instantly interested! What an awesome idea! Not only does it allow a smooth transition from sippy to regular drinking but it eliminates the spills and mess too!
When I received the cup and tried it with my son, there were several other features I learned about and loved!
First, I love that the cup is small enough that my son can hold it by himself but yet holds the normal amount that he drinks. I also love the fun bright blue color we received. It really catches my son's eyes and makes him interested in using it!
It is really easy to insert the Reflo insert and also take it out. It is amazing how it controls the flow of liquids but does not fall out!
The best part, however, is the fact that it is not just for children! It can be used for adults too and makes a great traveling cup when on the road - it won't spill when going over bumps or while drinking!
I recommend the Reflo Smart Cup for all families, especially parents looking for a good transition cup for their toddlers! It is easy to use, clean, and drink from and your children will love the bright colors! You will love it so much, you might even sneak off with it for your own traveling purposes! :)
