Yogi Tea Review

Yogi offers a variety of delicious flavors that are perfect for cold winter days. Yogi has created an extensive line of green, black and herbal teas based on ancient healing traditions as well as modern principles of culinary herbalism with intriguingly complex flavors and potent health benefits.

Nearly 30 years old, the company is the No. 1 natural tea-maker with national availability in retailers ranging from Target and Safeway to Whole Foods and specialty food stores.

I graciously received these amazing teas:

· Refreshing Mint ReVitalize- Cooling peppermint is combined with boldly flavored black tea to create a perfectly balanced blend that naturally energizes while gently detoxifying the body. Caffeine, naturally extracted from green tea leaves, works with kola nut and guarana seed for a powerful and quick-acting energy boost. The gentle detoxifying effects come from a combination of signature Yogi herbs including ginger, black pepper, cinnamon and clove. These warming herbs help cleanse the body and protect it from impurities.

· Egyptian Licorice- This tea is sure to delight with its delicious and satisfying taste, fusing organic licorice with sweet and spicy notes of savory cinnamon and zesty orange peel. Naturally warming, the herbs and spices have been traditionally used to support the respiratory and digestive systems. Enjoy this uniquely delectable tea any time, day or night.

· Himalayan Apple Spice- Full-bodied black tea is tempered with the sweet and earthy flavor of organic rooibos—also known as the red tea of South Africa—a powerful antioxidant. We’ve blended these delicious teas with a traditional combination of cardamom, cinnamon and clove, warming spices known for their cleansing properties. Fragrant with the subtle sweetness of apple and pear, this gently invigorating tea refreshes the body and awakens the mind.

· Mayan Coco Spice- We’ve taken this combination into the modern era by combining cocoa shells, which supply powerful antioxidants, with the traditional warming and cleansing spices of cardamom, clove and organic cinnamon bark.

My Opinion
I have found a new favorite tea company in Yogi! I absolutely love every flavor of tea they sent me! And best of all, they are all made with organic ingredients!

My favorites (and the ones I drink almost every day) are the Himalayan Apple Spice and the Mint ReVitalize! They are so tasty and refreshing (and have caffeine!) and they are a great warming start to my day!

I love to drink the Egyptian Licorice and the Mayan Coco Spice teas at night or throughout the day because they have less or no caffeine. They taste great too and are full of flavor, especially for a tea!

I recommend Yogi Tea as a great warm drink this winter! Whether you need an extra caffeine boost or not, there is a Yogi Tea for you! They are tasty and made with organic ingredients!

Buy It: You can purchase Yogi Tea for $4.99 for a box on the Yogi website or at a local retailer near you.

I loooove Yogi tea! (I haven't tried any of these flavors though... ugh!) My favorites are the Breathe Deep (sooo good for a cold) and calming. Try them if you haven't already!
