Their product called ACOUSTIBUDS was introduced at the 2009 Consumers Electronics Show (CES) and won a design and innovation award. Acoustibuds are premium earphone adapters that slip over iPod and iPhone earphones and many other popular Bluetooth and earphone models to provide a host of improvements. The proprietary fin geometry prevents the earbuds from falling out of the ear during activity, the soft silicone material conforms to the ear for improved comfort and along with internal cone shaped sound port combine to DRAMATICALLY improve the overall sound quality and sound isolation.

What is great about ACOUSTIBUDS is that they seal in what you are listening to and seal out the outside noise. ACOUSTIBUDS also help the standard iPod earbuds stay in your ears even during a workout. Lastly, ACOUSTIBUDS allow you to use the standard flat faced earbuds that came with your iPod/mp3 player instead of throwing them in a junk drawer or tossing them in the garbage and going out and spending more money on replacement earbuds.

The ACOUSTIGRIP is an earphone cord management clip that attaches to the wires of your earphones. ACOUSTIGRIP is used to clip the earphone wires to a shirt or light weight jacket. This allows the consumer to perfectly set the wire slack so that the earphones do not tug on the ears with head movement or when the wire ‘swings’ during exercise activities. ACOUSTIGRIP™ can also act as a tether for earphones in the same way that “CROAKIES®” can be used to tether sunglasses. ACOUSTIGRIP™ is very small (smaller than a dime) so that it can remain attached on the wires and not get in the way. Three wire ‘receivers’ are provided to fit the most common wire sizes, such as those on the Apple earphones. The two wire receivers on the outside of the clip are for smaller wire pairs and the one wire receiver in the center can be used for a single larger wire. ACOUSTIGRIP™ clips are formed from a durable plastic material and can be readily “adjusted” with a coin and opened up if necessary to accept larger wire diameters.

My Opinion

I have small ears. Therefore, regualer earphones/earbuds have never fit and really start hurting after awhile. Plus, while I run or even walk they are constantly falling out! I have always searched for an alternative and I have finally found it in Acoustibuds!

There are so many great things about Acoustibuds! First off, I love that they fit comfortably in my ear and didn't fall out once while I ran and walked! Plus, they blocked out other sound so I didn't have to have my volume up as loud as I used too! That is great for my hearing! :)

Best of all, you don't have to replace your standard earbuds! How great is that??! The Acoustibuds go right over the top and fit perfectly!

The Acoustigrips are really helpful too! I love how they keep my wires where I want them so that they don't tug out the earbuds from my ears while I run! Again...another solution to a problem I have had for a long time! I LOVE it!!!!

I recommend Acoustibuds and Acoustigrips for all active people out there that are using headphones/ear buds on a regular basis and want some great solutions to their listening problems!
