Weight Loss Event: Ripped! Workout Series Review and Giveaway

My Opinion

Let me just say...these workouts are intense!!! You better be ready to get your butt kicked and in shape if you do these videos.

They are long and strenuous but the videos have a lot of great features too!

I love that they have little timers to get you through the sets and they also explain really well why they do different exercises and how they will benefit your body!

Most of all, I love that they explain how many calories you are burning with each exercise and they really combine a lot of exercises to burn as many calories and use as many muscles as possible! It is really a full body experience!

It was really nice that in the DVD menu you can pick how long and which workout you would like to do. It is nice for doing different body parts/workouts on alternative days if you want.

I recommend the Get Ripped! Workouts for the hard core exerciser. It will kick your butt and really push you so be prepared! It will make results happen though so stick with it!
