Weight Loss Event: Synthecore Baby and Me Pilates and More DVD Review

Looking for a great workout video that you can do while spending time with your young child? I have just the one for you then! Baby and Me Pilates and More is a perfect parent-child bonding experience and exercise all in one!

On a sunny southern Californian day, after a Baby & Me, Pilates in the Park class, Synthecore was born - the brain child of three families with a dedication to helping parents maintain and improve their bodies while bonding with their children. Between them they have seven kids, four dogs and one pig. They understand how precious and how limited time can be. Their goal is to create workouts you can do at home which integrate your children into the activities and keep them where they should be, in your arms and close by.

Synthecore is a green company concerned with how they will pass along the earth to their children. They believe in and live by the saying, ‘ We do not inherit this land from our ancestors, we borrow it from our children’. They also believe in paying it forward. They are happy to give a percentage of their sales to Alexandria House. It is a transitional residence and house of hospitality providing safe and supportive housing for women and children in the process of moving from emergency shelter to permanent housing.

My Opinion

Right after I had my son, I really wanted to find a workout I could do during the day with my son! This Baby and Me Pilates and More DVD is perfect for those days where you still want to hold your baby but workout too!

This DVD does require some equipment including a baby carrier so keep that in mind. However, it is great for parents that are fans of attachment parenting and just can't seem to find the time to fit a workout into the day. I loved to do this workout DVD when I didn't feel like working out after my son went to bed. I could kill two birds with one stone - I could fit in my workout and spend time with my son!

I recommend Synthecore Baby and Me Pilates and More for all parents looking to keep up the workouts and fitness while including their baby too! It is a fun bonding experience for parents and children!
