My Opinion
I love that these workouts are made specifically for us moms that are having trouble losing that troublesome baby weight! I love that they include a food plan and so many great DVD's to help!

The one aspect that really stuck out to me while doing the DVD's is that they really focus on core and how to strengthen it! As an athletic trainer, I know how important your core is and training it properly! I love that Lindsay really focuses on this, especially for new moms!

I also love how unique many of her exercises are! I learned some great new moves and I know I will use them for a long time!

The meal plan was easy to follow and even I could cook the meals they recommend. They even give the recipes, which is really helpful!

I recommend the Moms Into Fitness 60 Day Slimdown System for all postpartum mothers and, even if you aren't, there are great moves and exercises and it is sure to tone and strengthen and skim off that extra weight!
