Weight Loss Event: Journals Unlimited Food & Fitness Journal Review

My Opinion
The Food and Fitness Journal is such a great idea! It reallly made me think about what I was eating each day and how much exercise I was doing. I wanted to eat better and exercise more knowing that I was going to have to write it down! It is amazing how something so simple can be so effective!

I loved that there was a space for so many things all in one concise journal - every meal in the day plus snacks and every type of exercise I did and how I feel that day! It will be a great memento of this weight loss journey!
