I generously received the Learn to Play Toddler Piano by Melissa & Doug. This colorful, wooden toy piano from Melissa & Doug is a mini-replica of the real thing, featuring two full octaves of ivory and black keys. Piano stands 13" tall and includes an illustrated songbook and color-coded key chart. It is recommended for children 2 years and up.

My Opinion

My son loves making music and dancing so I knew he would love playing this piano and learning that it makes fun music!

I love that this piano is like a real piano but built for small children! It will not only fun for little kids to play on, but also for actually learning how to play the piano when they are older! I love that it even includes a songbook and key chart! That is really helpful to teach beginners how to play!

It is built really strong and sturdy and I know it will last through many years and many children! I also love that it is one of GummyLump's great special needs toys and is great for children with vision impairment or blindness, as well as a variety of other special needs. The piano plays easily so that even children without strong fine motor skills will be able to play easily and develop that skill. The auditory feedback is very encouraging to toddlers who will enjoy the cause and effect of pressing the keys and hearing the notes!

I recommend the Melissa and Doug Piano for all children two years and older! It is a great music toy for kids of all ages and can also be a great learning tool for children beginning piano lessons!
