Let's face it: I get bored easily - especially while exercising! During this weight loss journey, I have started to use my treadmill to run each night...and I get so bored!

Surfshelf works! I love this idea of exercise with a laptop. Makes getting in more daily movement / exercise much more likely. I use a FitDesk which allows me to type, read, etc... on pc. My kids use it for playing video games. Now I tell them go play your video game.
